6:10 a.m. (Sagada) Walk around this quaint town in the clouds while taking time to appreciate the early morning fog flirting with pine trees.
6:45 a.m. (Manila Bay) Sit on the breakwater while taking in the stillness of soon-to-be busy bay.
12:00 noon (Baguio City) Have lunch with family after going around the PMA grounds.
2:00 p.m. (Boracay) Read Brave New World under a tree (with the symphony of waves as background music).
4:30 p.m. (Intramuros) Sunday Mass at the Manila Cathedral.
6:00 p.m. (Boracay) Send off the sun (an ice-cold beer on hand).
8:20 p.m. (Makati) Remind yourself (while smiling) : “There’s work tomorrow!”
Isn’t this a great way to spend a Sunday?
An impossible one too (don’t even dare bring up time travel!).
That’s why I ended up spending my Sunday thinking all day how an ideal Sunday should be spent.
And before I know it, it will be Monday again in a few hours. 🙂
